IV trouble

I been breeding pokemon in HG for good ivs using that Power Bracelet trick. I have a male Cacnea with 31 ivs in speed with a power anklet with a female Carnivine with 31ivs in attack with a power bracer. I finally got an adamant Carnivine, but when i recorded its iv stats at level 50 on serebii. it had 30 ivs in speed, and only 5 in attack! i know ivs grow over time, so the speed is excusable; but the attack is extremely low! does anyone know the problem?

I don't know too much about IV breeding but it sounds like the RNG screwed up, as RNG's have a tendancy to do this.

i bet youre right! i had other carnivines that come out with at least 30-31ivs at level 50 from the same parents!

I wish I could help, but I usually get ivs from pokesav, but rgn always messes up everything
