| did you know poliwhirl has better speed than both its evolutions? its got 90-- both of its evolutions have 70. also, its better attacking stat is its attack at 65. Nothing amazing, but this fella can learn some really cool moves: here's what I'd do. Give it a jolly nature and max its speed and attack. Now give it hypnosis belly drum focus punch and waterfall. Strongest set I could think of for singles. For doubles, replace focus punch with body slam and try to get that para hax. For items, I honestly dont know.
ps: if in doubles, you could mix it with seadra and a basic water absorb/surf strat.

| Kadabra @ Life Orb Ability: Synchronize EVs: 40 HP / 252 Sp Atk / 216 Spd Timid Nature -Psychic -Signal Beam -Shadow Ball -Energy Ball / Hidden Power Fire Calling Kadabra a great special sweeper is a gross understatement. With Life Orb and enough Speed to outpace everything in the game except Sneasel and Scarfed , Kadabra proves to be the best special sweeper in NFE. Its STAB Psychic is enough to OHKO nearly any foe that doesn't resist it, while Signal Beam, Shadow Ball and the chosen Hidden Power slam the entire OU tier with heavy damage. When used correctly, this set can sweep entire teams, although one must be aware of priority attacks, as Kadabra's extremely explotable Defense and HP are its downfall. Hidden Power Fire is an option in the last slot to hit Bronzor for harder damage, as it's a susceptible switch-in for Psychic.
Electabuzz @ Lum Berry Ability: Static EVs: 160 Atk/252 Spd/98 SAtk Hasty nature (+Spd, -Def) - Cross Chop - Fire Punch - Ice Punch - Thunderbolt
This set is capable of learning a wide variety of attacks that can hit many with supereffective damage. Having a special attack in the set allows it to do ok against physical walls. I use Lum Berry instead of Focus Sash because if I get special conditioned, the use of this rapidly drops. It also maxes out a 339 Speed, which is higher than most other nonscarfed in the tier. The ability Static is also useful since Paralysis can let me go first if I need to use a slower .
Seadra @ Life Orb Ability - Either will do, I prefer Poison Point. EVs: 252 Atk / 232 Spd / 24 Def Jolly Nature -Dragon Dance -Waterfall -Return -Outrage
Although this focuses on Seadra's only average Attack power, Life Orb boosts coupled with an Attack boost for the most part makes up for it. Seadra is a notable Dragon Dance-user for its ability to, with this set, outspeed even ScarfBite, leaving other Scarf-users such as Mankey, Staravia and even max Speed Sneasel too slow to hit Seadra before it hits with a boosted Life Orb'ed attack. Waterfall is Seadra's main STAB attack, while Return gives Seadra nearly perfect coverage alongside Waterfall. For times where Seadra cannot manage a Dragon Dance, a Life Orb-boosted Outrage with its still respectable Speed stat can still provide a decent sweep, which makes this set more notable, since it doesn't desperately need a Dragon Dance boost before it can do any considerable damage.
Poliwhirl @ Life Orb Ability - Water Absorb EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/6 HP Adamant Nature -Waterfall -Belly Drum -Ice Punch / Return -Hypnosis
A common NFE sweeper? This thing owns when it sets up. It's puny NFE strength is hightened and kills the likes of any slow teams or walls that just want to stall you out all day. Poliwhirl is awesome and is an NFE with many capabilities.
Graveler @ Leftovers Ability: Sturdy EVs: 192 HP / 96 Atk / 220 Sp Def Impish Nature -Stealth Rock -Earthquake -Stone Edge -Explosion Graveler makes a good lead, with passable defenses to allow the initial Stealth Rock setup, and Explosion to ruin your opponent's first lead in many cases. Focus Punch is also an option due to the fact that many people use attacks like Taunt or their own Stealth Rock the first turn in battle, but this means you will run into problems with Drifloon, Gastly and Haunter if your opponent decides to switch to one of these, all of which can be dealt with with Stone Edge. 96 Attack EVs guarantee that you'll put a big dent in anything that doesn't resist Explosion, while guaranteeing a OHKO with Stone Edge on a standard Lead Golbat. The rest of the EVs are designed to maximize Graveler's defenses to aid in Stealth Rock setup, and to allow it to attack more often after it is used.
Scyther @ Life Orb Ability: Technician 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 Def Jolly Nature -Swords Dance -Aerial Ace -X-Scissor -Brick Break
Scyther has naturally high Attack and Speed, and Swords Dance and Life Orb complement that to make Scyther one of the most vicious physical sweeper.

| I have my own idea for graveler: make it into a bulky attacker, with earthquake, stone edge and explosion. Give that thing a custap berry and add endure to the mix.
Nature: ups def, drops speed ability: sturdy evs: max your attack and mix hp and def about 50-50
