Does cherrim stats changes when it is in it positive form (in strong sun light), its for a sunny day combo...dah but thx to the ones who'S going to respond^^

No I'm pretty sure they stay, but in sunlight Cherrim's battle partner gets some stat boosts by 1.5

Yes, he is right, it is both attack and special defence.
